March 1st - Open Constellation Day
10 am -3 pm
Constellation work is an opportunity to take what we hold internally and give it an external image. Every family system has a narrative that is held differently by each member of the family - each member traversing in a way different from the other members of the system. We learn “things” from our family of origin that stay with us as we attempt to navigate the adult world. The structures we are born into teach us and program us to take on specific roles, and we learn to define ourselves based on what might be expected of us. We learn what is allowed and what isn’t allowed. We have loyalty with some, while identifying with others.
Constellation work can give us new perspectives from a place of receiving new permissions as we move from the contextual past to an alive future. As a group, we will gather for a day of curious and creative learning, and out-picture questions brought forward by those gathered.
